3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been placed, but this does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge shipping costs, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany.

The delivery time is usually 4 to 15 business days after receipt of payment.

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at the following link:

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
